Wockhardt will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 November 2014, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2014, and to consider and recommend Interim Dividend, if any.
