Zensar Technologies receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Zensar Technologies has received the approval of Mumbai Bench of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal for scheme of amalgamation of Cynosure Interface Service with Zensar Technologies on 14 March 2022. The NCLT order sanctioning the scheme was received on 05 May 2022. The appointed date for the merger is 01 April 2022.
