A four-year-old girl was molested by her juvenile neighbour in north Delhi's Seelampur area early on Wednesday, following which a case was registered under the stringent POCSO Act, police said.
"The accused, probably aged 17 or 18, is absconding. We are not sure of his age as of now," Joint Commissioner of Police Ravinder Yadav said.
The case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was registered on the complaint of the girl's mother, who told police that the accused took the child to a room and touched her private parts.
