A gunman Tuesday injured six people at a FedEx warehouse in the US state of Georgia before killing himself, local media reported.
Police were informed at around 5:54 a.m. about a man firing indiscriminately at the suburban facility in Kennesaw, about 40 km north of Atlanta, and one of those injured was in critical condition, Xinhua cited the report as saying.
The man later fatally shot himself.
"The suspect in this case is deceased from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound," the police said.
A FedEx spokesman said the company was cooperating with authorities.
The police were investigating the incident.
