The Delhi Police's Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has filed an FIR for alleged corruption in purchase of medical equipment in a government hospital here, a senior official said on Thursday.
Special Commissioner of Police, ACB, Mukesh Kumar Meena told IANS that the FIR was filed on August 10 on alleged corruption in procurement of equipments in Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital in Civil Lines area of north Delhi.
An ACB officer said that the complainant had filed the complaint with ACB and also filed a petition in the Delhi High Court.
On Thursday, the ACB told the court that they have already filed an FIR.
Meena declined to divulge further details on the case as the investigation was on.
