The body of TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee, who allegedly committed suicide on Friday, afternoon was cremated here on Saturday evening
Pratyusha's close friends from the industry including Ejaz Khan, Kamya Punjabi, Rakhi Sawant, Rartan Rajput among others attended the last rites at the Oshiwara crematorium here.
Known for her role of adult Anandi in the serial "Balika Vadhu", she allegedly hanged herself, from a fan at her Goregaon residence but was found and taken to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital where she succumbed.
Police have taken Banerjee's boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh for interrogation on Saturday.
