The Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP), a leading charitable trust, says it is not facing any dispute within.
"There are no disputes from any family member as reported in a section of the media," the JKP said in a statement.
The JKP is a multi-billion-rupee charitable trust founded by the late Jagadguru Kripaluji who passed away in November last year.
The trust is headquartered at Mangah in Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh.
The group's official spokesperson, Swami Mukundananda, said the three daughters of Jagadguru Kripaluji were not pitted against any family member "as they hold their own distinctive place in the trust".
The JKP has institutes and properties in India and abroad and is engaged in spiritual, philanthropic and humanitarian activities.
It manages free educational institutions and hospitals and organises humanitarian programmes in which financial and material help is provided to the destitute and underprivileged sections.
Besides the four main ashrams in India and one in the US, Jagadguru Kripaluji set up centres in many countries besides four temples, two free hospitals and an educational institution.
The JKP said a charitable hospital was coming up at Vrindavan and would be operational soon.
The spokesperson said all the activities of JKP and other organisations under its umbrella shall continue as per the vision of Jagadguru Kripaluji.
Presently, JKP is headed by Vishakha Tripathi, the eldest daughter of the late holy man.
Shyama Tripathi, the second daughter, heads the Shyama Sham Dham in Vrindavan, also in Uttar Pradesh. The third daughter, Ms Krishna Tripathi, heads the organization situated at Barsana, Uttar Pradesh.
