Angry over the death of a colleague, the labourers of an under-construction building blocked traffic on the Badshahpur-Ghata Road near sector 62 here, police said Monday.
A 40-year-old man, identified as Jiya Lal, fell off the 16th floor of Pioneer Park apartment building.
The labourers alleged that Lal, who hailed from Saharsa district in Bihar, died due to the negligence of contractor.
The police, however, managed to ease the situation and the body was handed over to the relatives after postmortem examination.
