Ansari, Akhilesh to open media conclave

Vice President Hamid Ansari and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will inaugurate the 17th Biennial National Conference of the National Union of Journalists (India) here Saturday.

The two-day meet will see over 1,000 journalists taking part in deliberations on emerging challenges before the media including the issue of paid news.

The Uttar Pradesh Journalists Association (UPJA) will host the event with the support of Delhi Public School Aligarh and Mangalayatan University.
