The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Special Judge V.K. Gupta after concluding process of scrutiny of charge sheet fixed Nov 19 for hearing arguments on framing of charge in the case.
Tytler was charge sheeted along with controversial businessman Abhishek Verma in the case filed on a complaint by then minister of state for home Ajay Maken for forging a letter by him.
