Barcelos adds white to its burger palate

After burgers which are black and red, Barcelos is offering white burgers to its patrons.

The capital-based South African restaurant will use milk powder and coconut for flavouring with a bun baked on low temperature for a longer time to achieve the colour, a statement said.

The white burger will be available for both vegetarians and chicken lovers, for Rs.175 and Rs.215.
