BJP MP Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday compared superstar Shah Rukh Khan with Pakistani terrorist Hafiz Saeed following the actor's comment that there was growing intolerance in India.

The hardline Bharatiya Janata Party leader said "Shah Rukh Khan and terrorist Saeed speak the same language... He'll be on the streets if people stop watching his films".

Earlier, senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya had called SRK a 'deshdrohi' (traitor) while Sadhvi Prachi dubbed him a "Pakistani agent".

Yogi Adityanath's comment followed the actor's comment that there "is intolerance, there is extreme intolerance ... there is growing intolerance".
