The BSF has recovered a suspected Pakistani fishing boat in a creek area of Arabian Sea off Koteshwar in Gujarat's Kutch district, official sources said on Monday, adding this is the third such case in less than three months.
Border Security Force (BSF) sources added that the abandoned boat was noticed during patrolling but noted that no suspicious item has been recovered from it.
"After it was found that the boat was of Pakistani origin, we have started a look-out operation for any possible intruder or illegal fishermen as a precautionary measure," a BSF official said.
The last such boat was found in the Sir Creek area on January 16 while another abandoned Pakistani boat was seized near Haraminala in December.
