In a reel meeting real life, gun-toting officers of the city police arrested over 60 anti-socials assembled at a birthday bash of a fellow history-sheeter late on Tuesday night.
Over a 100 rowdies were gathered at the bash to celebrate the birthday of Binu, who cut the cake with a sickle late on Tuesday.
The police got to know of the celebrations when they questioned three persons travelling in a car carrying sickles and knives.
Immediately the police formed special teams and surrounded the birthday party venue.
Many, including Binu, escaped as they saw the police party approaching. But the officers with their guns, took 60 in their custody and also seized several cars and two wheelers.
