Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will observe a customer satisfaction week from Monday, an official statement said.
"DMRC will be observing customer satisfaction week, wherein feedback from commuters will be taken on various aspects of operations, their expectations and improvements to make our service better," the DMRC statement said Sunday.
During the week, customer satisfaction survey would also be conducted at 22 Metro stations with the highest footfalls like Rajiv Chowk, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Vaishali, Noida City Centre and Badarpur, to name a few.
DMRC covers 190-km length of tracks, including the Airport Line, with over 145 stations and ferries about 2.3 million commuters on weekdays.
