Academies and NGOs running arts and cultural training programmes for children can use Delhi government schools after hours, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said here on Tuesday.
The decision was taken in a cabinet meeting here.
Sisodia said that academies and NGOs using government schools for training will have to ensure that half of their total students will be from the respective school.
While these students have to be trained for free, the organisation can charge fees from other students.
Delhi government and the Sahitya Kala Parishad will select the eligible organisations.
