Delhi to have a cloudy Saturday

New Delhi, April 20 (IANS) It was a sunny clear morning in the capital Saturday with the maximum temperature likely to be around 38 degrees Celsius. The Met Office, however, has forecast a cloudy day ahead.

"Mainly clear sky in the morning. But the sky would be partly cloudy in the day," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The minimum temperature settled a notch below average for this time of year at 20.7 degrees Celsius.

Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 49 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature settled two notches above the season's average at 37.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled a degree below average at 20.3 degrees Celsius.
