Second-half goals from Antonio Valencia and Enner Valencia gave Ecuador a 2-0 victory over Peru in their international friendly here.
Manchester United's Antonio Valencia on Thursday fired in from close range just after halftime following Ayrton Preciado's neat dribbling and cross from the left, reports Xinhua news agency.
Former West Ham and Everton forward Enner Valencia doubled Ecuador's lead in the 74th minute with a fine solo run and angled finish at Lima's Estadio Nacional.
"In the first half we dictated play and in the second we were able to capitalize on our strengths, such as our superior pace," Ecuador coach Hernan Dario Gomez said after the match.
Peru will next meet Costa Rica on Tuesday while Ecuador face Panama in Panama City the same day.
