Varadero (Cuba), April 30 (IANS/RIA Novosti) Fidel Castro's son Antonio triumphed at the fifth annual Montecristo Cup golf tournament held in his native country.
The Cuban revolution leader's son showed the best result on the 3.5-kilometre golf course on the coastline of Varadero, 140 kilometres east of Havana.
The tournament, held last weekend, featured over 100 players from 15 countries, including the US, Canada, Britain and Spain.
The 42-year-old is vice president of the Switzerland-based International Baseball Federation and the deputy head of the Cuban Baseball Federation.
