Actress Nargis Fakhri, who has been announced as the women's fitness ambassador in India by Reebok, says being fit means making the right fitness choices and participating in activities that one enjoys.

"Being fit is not just about working out and looking good, it's about having a positive attitude, making the right fitness choices and participating in activities one enjoys," the 33-year-old said in a statement.

Nargis will represent the brand for their Studio category, a unique and innovative line of products focussed on dance, aerobics and yoga designed especially for women.

"I am looking forward to this association and hope to build a positive momentum for the brand and for women's fitness in India," said the actress.

The brand's other brand ambassadors include ace cricketers M.S. Dhoni, Gautam Gambhir and Unmukt Chand; hockey majors Sandeep Singh and Sardar Singh; fitness trainers Piyush Pandey and Dheepesh Bhatt; and Bollywood actor John Abraham.

Shahid Kapoor had fun doing mawali dance

He is a fantastic dancer. He loves to dance. In "Rambo Rajkumar" he will be seen dancing with gay abandon.

The actor, who is shooting with Sonakshi Sinha for the Prabhudheva's directorial venture, is pretty excited about the song.

"Shooting for song three 'Rambo Rajkumar' in a single screen theatre in Wai with Prabhudheva and Sonakshi Sinha... Doing mawali steps in front of the screen and throwing popcorn. Too much fun," tweeted the 32-year-old

Shahid will also be seen in director Rajkumar Santoshi's "Phata Poster Nikla Hero" with Ileana D'Cruz, which is slated for an Aug 23 release.

Twitter will become as uncool as Orkut: Ayushmann

Seems like actor Ayushmann Khurrana is not happy with the growing trend of social networking sites as he belives that such platforms are "transient".

"One day Twitter will become uncool like orkut, it will cease to exist like Soviet Union and the value of followers will be like Rubles of the 1990s," tweeted the 28-year-old.

"Stop celebrating follower count milestones. Social networking websites are like artistes. New replaces the old order. It's just so transient," he further tweeted.

Ayushman, who became popular name after his debut film "Vicky Donor", has 574,950 followers on Twitter.
