Four persons were killed and two dozen injured Wednesday when a speeding bus rammed into a motorcycle in Bahraich, police said.
The accident occurred on Sherkot road near Dhampur, 127 km from here, when the private bus going from Kashipur to Nagina collided with the motorcycle and overturned.
All the three people on the motorcycle and one bus passenger died on the spot. At least 24 persons were injured and were admitted to a hospital.
Of the four who died in the mishap, two victims were identified as Satish and Subhash, while the other two remained unidentified, police said.
