Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has said his 35-yard-long ranger against Galatasaray in a Champions league football encounter was his best ever goal.
It was his second goal of the match and helped Arsenal thrash their opponents 4-1 Tuesday.
"I have seen the goal back and it is definitely the best I have scored," Ramsey was quoted as saying by The Guardian.
"Before that, it was probably the volley at Norwich. As soon as I hit it, I thought it had a chance and thankfully it went into the top corner. I like playing in Istanbul. I would like to play these teams every week, if I could," added the 23-year-old Welshman about the stunning strike.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger later said that he doubted Ramsey's wisdom when he moved into a shooting position and tried his luck on the half-volley from about 35 yards out.
But the French manager admitted he was happy to be proved wrong.
