Head constable arrested for molestation

A Goa Police head constable arrested for molesting a lady Home Guard was released on bail Saturday, police said.

According to the complaint, Philip Justino Dionzo allegedly tried to molest the woman in a store room of the Police Training School at Valpoi, 50 km from here.
