Pro-Iran Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has condemned the Saudi-led airstrikes against Yemen's Shiite Houthis group, and urged all parties to return to talks and other political means in the war-torn country.
In a televised address on Friday , Nasrallah slammed the Saudi-led airstrikes against the Houthi fighters, saying that "any ground invasion will end up in failure," Xinhua reported.
He also accused the Gulf nation of turning a blind eye to the plight of the Palestinians and of financing the Islamic State (IS) militant extremist group.
The Saudi-led Arab coalition launched airstrikes against the Houthis overnight on Wednesday in an effort to restore Yemeni President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi's rule in the country.
