An Indian man, along with two others, is being tried for theft in a Dubai Criminal Court, a media report said on Monday.
An Indian worker with the help of two other compatriots allegedly stole 150 scaffoldings worth 5,000 dirhams ($1,361) from his employer, Emirates 24|7 reported.
An unidentified person clicked the picture of the three men while they were stealing the goods and sent it to the company's project manager.
On September 23, the company's project manager called the company manager and told him that three men were loading scaffoldings in a truck that did not carry the company's name.
The manager went to the work site and informed the police. All three were then arrested.
It was revealed that two of the three workers were employed in the same company from which they were stealing the goods.
The court will further hear the case on November 22.
