Actress-singer Jana Kramer has revealed she suffered a miscarriage.
Kramer took to Instagram on Saturday and shared a tearful picture of herself holding an ultrasound photo. She made the revelation as she no longer wanted to suffer alone, reports dailymail.co.uk.
"1-3: Today I am 1-3. I debated posting this for the exact reason why it's a silent struggle," Kramer wrote. "I don't want I'm sorry or sympathy. I just don't want to feel alone. And I know I'm not."
Kramer, who is a mother to a one-year-old daughter named Jolie Rae Caussin with husband Mike Caussin, said this isn't her first-time loss.
"This unfortunately isn't my first loss. When I first found out I was pregnant, I wanted to shout it from the rooftop but I know for reasons like this we have to wait. So because we don't tell many, we have to suffer silently... and suffering silently was my thing in the past, but it's not now," she wrote.
She also came out in support of all women who have suffered miscarriage.
"You don't need to feel alone and maybe that's me talking to myself but if you need a place to share, I'm here for you... and all of us are," she wrote.
