Krrish Delhi Smashers icon player Jwala Gutta appeared visibly livid after she was peppered with some lewd comments from the fans during her tie against Banga Beats in the Indian Badminton league at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium here late Sunday night.
The 29-year-old Jwala, partnering V. Diju, won her mixed doubles rubber and the tie 4-1 against the hosts but had to deal with some hooting from the crowd who were teasing and taunting her during her match.
"Some people were making some personal remarks about her which is why she was angry," a team source told IANS Monday morning.
After the tie, Jwala looked furious and was seen having heated conversations with some officials.
