JK Agri Genetics on Thursday resported a standalone net profit of Rs. 0.38 crore during the quarter ended March from a loss of Rs.2.9 crore in same period last year.
The agro company's total income fell to Rs.32.95 crore, down 13 percent from Rs.37.91 crore in the period last year while net profit in 2015-16 was down by 34 percent to Rs.8.01 crore as compared to Rs.12.21 crore in 2014-15.
The company announced a dividend payment of Rs.3 per equity share of Rs.10 each for 2015-16.
