Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl. This is her first child with her beau, rapper Kanye West.
Tmz.com reports that Kim delivered the baby here at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Saturday morning, five weeks early. It was a natural child-birth. The mother and the baby are both said to be in good health.
Kim started having contractions Friday night and went into full labour early Saturday morning.
According to the sources, Kanye West was there for the entire birthing -- in the delivery room by Kim's side. He cancelled his appearance at his own record release party Friday when Kim told him she was feeling "a little off".
It is the first child for Kim and Kanye.
