Pop star Lady Gaga says that she worries if she doesn't stay in shape it will overshadow her music career, but doesn't care about being in shape.
"Well you know, I had to get back in shape, but to be fair I have never cared about my weight ... it's other people that care. I do fear at times that if I'm not in shape, people will talk about that and not my music," the 27-year-old told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show.
Gaga previously admitted that she suffered with eating disorders since she was 15, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
After putting on weight last year, she posted a picture of herself in her underwear on her website littlemonsters.com with a caption revealing she has had body issues since she was a teenager.
The caption of the picture reads: "Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15."
