The BJP on Friday said the opposition Congress is blowing the Lalit Modi issue out of proportion for political advantage.
"It is not corruption either technically or legally... The opposition is not able to debate with government on positive issues, so they are blowing this out of proportion," BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said.
"I want to ask, Lalit Modi's corruption case came into view under which government's rule?" he questioned.
He also said Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje never denied relations with Lalit Modi.
"As far as Dushyant Singh's case is concerned all these facts given in I-T return and election affidavit are already in public domain," he added.
