Two people were arrested for killing a man and injuring his brother when they refused a bottle of water to the attackers for consuming liquor, police said Thursday.
Sunny and Ramanand Sagar, both aged 21 years, were arrested from their houses in Rajouri Garden area of west Delhi.
They had attacked brothers Pinku Shah and Bhola Shah who live in their neighbourhood, Wednesday night.
Police said the brothers had refused to give a bottle of water to Sunny and Sagar who were consuming liquor outside their home.
Police said following the attack, both brothers were taken to a hospital where Pinku was declared brought dead while Bhola is recuperating.
"We have recovered a dagger from the spot, which was used during the attack," a police officer said.
