Mandy Moore's show made John Mayer cry

Grammy winning singer John Mayer says he broke down to tears while watching the pilot of the American TV series "This Is Us", which stars singer and actress Mandy Moore.

On Friday, the 39-year-old tweeted that he is hooked to "This Is Us" after just watching the first episode of the show, reports dailymail.co.uk.

"Just saw the first episode of 'This is Us' and I'm hooked. Crying and hooked. Not even wiping away tears for the next episodes. Just gonna let the first ones create tracks for a more even, efficient flow. I took in a ton of calories but in a short period of time, and I feel like that's gotta be good for something. Right?," Mayer posted.

Moore then replied to Mayer saying: "Glad you're digging it, John Mayer".

To which Mayer responded: "Your body is a wonderland. Beyond dig. I'm about to attempt one of the most emotionally reckless stunts ever: watching an episode on an airplane."

"This Is Us" also stars Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley and Milo Ventimiglia.

The show airs on Star World Premiere HD in India.
