Paris, June 21 (IANS/EFE) French football club Olympique de Marseille has started its pre-season preparations without new Argentine coach Marcelo Bielsa, who is still in his country for personal reasons.
The first training session was led by Bielsa's Chilean assistant Diego Reyes along with other members of the coaching staff. Bielsa, who signed his new contract in May, will meet with club owner Margarita Louis-Dreyfus Tuesday, reports EFE.
Marseille is the first club to start training sessions for the 2014-15 season without some of the players.
