France is holding a national memorial service on Friday for the 130 people killed in the Paris terror attack on November 13.
The service in central Paris will bring together some 1,000 people, including President Francois Hollande as well as survivors and victims' families, BBC reported.
A minute's silence will be observed and the names of all the victims read out.
Hollande had asked citizens across France to participate by decorating their homes with the blue-white-and-red flag -- the national colour.
"We have tried to suggest something that will let every French person take part in Friday's ceremony," government spokesman Stephane Le Foll said.
However, not all the victims' families have accepted the invitation to attend the service at the Invalides complex that houses a military museum and Napoleon's tomb.
Islamic State terrorists went on a killing spree in the French capital on November 13, targeting six locations. More than 350 people were also injured in the mayhem.
