BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Saturday said he was hoping for a good fight in the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency where Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal is contesting against him.

"If there is competition, it is good. Otherwise there will be no fun," Modi told TV news channel Aaj Tak.

The Bharatiya Janata Party leader said competition was integral to politics.

"There should be competition in politics," he said.

The Congress has pitted Ajay Rai in Varanasi.
