Delhi saw light rains Monday, leading to the day ending on a humid note. The met department has forecast showers Tuesday.
"The sky will be generally cloudy and rain is likely on Tuesday," said an official of met department. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 27 and 34 degrees Celsius, respectively.
On Monday, some rains were reported in some parts of south and east Delhi, but there was no let up in humidity, which reached a high of of 82 percent and a low of 67 percent.
The maximum temperature was a notch below seasons's average at 33.4 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was anotch above average at 27.7 degrees Celsius.
