Actor Ranveer Singh, who has been in the news for his so-called romance link-ups with Deepika Padukone, says their chemistry in "Ram Leela" is a mainstay of the story.
"We were destined to be cast opposite each other. It's a chemistry between Romeo and Juliet. I hope it works as our chemistry is the driving force of the story," Ranveer told reporters.
But when he was asked about romance rumours with Deepika, he chose to keep mum.
Directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, "Ram Leela" is set to come out Nov 29.
Bhansali has picturised a lip-lock scene on Deepika and Ranveer.
When asked about it, the actress said: "I find it amusing when people ask me about lip-lock scenes. As an actor there is no difference between any scene. But when you are working with Sanjay sir, he makes even the simplest scene most difficult. He tweaks the scene in his mind."
