Union Ministers J.P. Nadda, Radha Mohan Singh and Ananth Kumar will visit Bihar to take stock of the situation and coordinate relief efforts after a massive 7.9 magnitude Nepal earthquake hit the state too, it was announced on Tuesday.

"Ministers @AnanthKumar_BJP, Radha Mohan Singh ji and @JPNadda_bjp will go to Bihar to take stock of the situation and coordinate relief effort," the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a tweet.

A devastating earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Richter Scale rocked Nepal on Saturday, sending tremors across neighbouring states India.

The toll in India following the quake was 72, with the highest number of 57 deaths reported from Bihar.
