Nikhil Advani excited to direct Saurabh Shukla (Movie Snippets)

Filmmaker Nikhil Advani is looking forward to direct actor-filmmaker Saurabh Shukla in "Katti Batti".

"Today I get to direct one of my favorite actors. Welcome to #KattiBatti @saurabhshukla_s," Advani tweeted Thursday.

The upcoming movie also stars Imran Khan and Kangana Ranaut.

Priyanka begins 'Quantico' shooting

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has started shooting for ABC drama pilot "Quantico" and swas left exhausted on the first day - after working for 16 hours.

"Wrapped after 16 hrs!!! Exhausted but amazing first day! Yay Team #Quantico ! Now some zzzzzzs for a early morning.. Yawnnn," Priyanka tweeted Thursday.

She will be seen as a FBI trainee in the US show.

B-Town hails 'NH10'

Director Navdeep Singh's latest film "NH10" has been tagged as a "roaring film" and "absolute edge of the seat thriller" by Bollywood celebrities.

Starring Anushka Sharma, the film is the actress' debut production venture.

The thriller, which also features Neil Bhoopalam and Darshan Kumar, will hit the screens on Friday, but some of the Bollywood stars caught the film before its release, and they're singing praises for it.

Riteish Deshmukh, a successful film producer himself, appreciated Anushka's debut as a producer.

"Superb debut as a producer @AnushkaSharma - @krishikalulla & @FuhSePhantom - another film to be proud of. #NH10 is an absolute edge of the seat thriller- @AnushkaSharma is the new angry young woman in town- brilliance personified. Take a bow," the actor-producer tweeted.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar called it a "roaring film". "NH 10 is a roaring film a voice that India needs to hear loud and clear & meera @AnushkaSharma you represents a true Indian women. Kick ass," he shared on Twitter.

Filmmaker Karan Johar is also all praise for the film's content. "From edge of the seat to exceptionally compelling...this ride makes you invest in every moment! @AnushkaSharma is beyond brilliant! #NH10," he tweeted.

Anushka's "Band Baaja Baaraat" co-star Ranveer Singh has also given thumbs up to the film. "?Saw #NH10! Gripping, nail-biting, edge-of-ur-seat thrill ride from hell! @AnushkaSharma kicks some serious ass! Beyond brilliant! #girlpower," he tweeted.
