Actor Olivier Martinez is reportedly being investigated for battery after being accused of pushing a Los Angeles International Airport employee to the ground during an alleged altercation.
The 48-year-old star is said to have lashed out when photographers got too close to him, wife Halle Berry, their son Maceo, 14 months, and six-year-old daughter Nahla. In the ensuing scuffle, the staff member fell backwards after the actor allegedly pushed an empty car seat towards him, reports tmz.com.
The man, whose name is not known, was taken to hospital complaining of abdominal pains and has now filed a battery report against the actor.
The couple, who married in July last year, and the children were travelling back here after a Christmas trip to Paris.
