It will be a partly cloudy sky on Tuesday in the national capital with a possibility of light rain or thunderstorm, the Met Office said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 37 degrees Celsius.
"The minimum temperature in the morning was recorded at 22.2 degrees Celsius, which is five notches below the season's average," said an official at the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 56 percent.
The city received 2.9 mm of rainfall on Monday, the IMD official said.
Monday's maximum temperature settled four notches below the season's average at 37 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 25.9 degrees Celsius.
