Pleasant Wednesday, rain likely in Delhi

It will be a pleasant Wednesday in Delhi as the Met Office has forecast light rain or thundershowers in some parts of the city.

The day's minimum temperature settled six notches below the season's average at 19 degrees Celsius.

"The sky will become cloudy with rain and thundershower in some parts of the city," said an India Meteorological Department official.

The city has recorded 3.6 mm of rainfall since late Tuesday.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 76 percent.

Tuesday's maximum temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, nine notches below the season's average, while the minimum was 18 degrees Celsius, seven notches below the season's average.
