Air ambulance service provider Imperial Air on Monday came to the aid of a sick 12-year-old in Odisha's Rourkela, flying him to Delhi for treatment.
Yash Shah, who is suffering from septicaemia, a blood infection leading to difficulty in breathing, was brought to Medanta hospital in New Delhi, along with his parents Kishan Shah and Sudha Agarwal.
"Since the family isn't financially stable, an NGO paid for the air ambulance to fly from Delhi to Rourkela and back to Delhi," the company said in a statement.
