Portugal chief coach Fernando Santos is convinced that star forward Cristiano Ronaldo will be able to net against Hungary on Wednesday in the third group stage match of the Euro football championship.
Portugal need to defeat Hungary to guarantee a qualifying ticket to the round of 16.
In a press conference held ahead of the match, Santos said that Ronaldo always scores under pressure, reports Efe.
Santos recalled that Ronaldo spent some time last season without achieving any goals but later started scoring on a regular basis with Real Madrid.
The Portuguese coach dodged commenting on the chance wasted by Ronaldo during the 0-0 draw against Austria, against which he also missed a penalty, while he said that Portugal are treating the clash with Hungary as a final.
