A 52-year-old property dealer was gunned down on Friday by an unidentified bike-borne man in his office in the national capital, police said.
The incident occurred at 3.45 p.m in Rohini's Begumpur area of west Delhi when the deceased Sanjeev Sharma was in his office.
"A bike-borne man with covered face came and fired at Sharma," Deputy Commissioner of Police S.D. Mishra said.
Sharma was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead, he said.
Sharma was living with his family in Jain Nagar and was into real estate business for the last eight months, Mishra said.
A probe is underway to ascertain the cause of attack, he added.
