Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will address a tribal and farmers rally in Rajasthan's Udaipur district Wednesday, a party leader said.
The rally at Salumber comes a day after Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi addressed a Bharatiya Janata Party rally in Jaipur.
While Modi is considered to be a prospective prime ministerial candidate of the BJP, there has been growing suggestions from Congress leaders that Gandhi should be the party's prime ministerial choice if it is returned to power after the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
