Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will pay a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir from Saturday to hold meetings with various delegations following the massive clashes in the valley that have left over 40 people dead.
"Rajnath Singh will hold meetings with various delegations in his two-day visit to Srinagar and Jammu and Kashmir," an official statement said.
Curfew and separatist-called protest shutdown have marred life across the Valley for the 14th day running on Friday.
The unrest began after the killing of Hizbul commander Burhan Wani in a gunfight with security forces on July 8. Wani was a poster boy of militancy with a huge following on social media.
