The second edition of the Rainforest Challenge (RFC) India will be held in Goa from July 24-31, 2015, with Force Motors Ltd. continuing as the title sponsor.
The inaugural edition of the off-roading motorsport event was also held in Goa Aug 8-14. The RFC was brought to India this year by the Delhi-based Cougar Motorsport Pvt. Ltd.
The six day event saw 22 teams battle it out in four legs -- Prologue, Predator, Terminator and Twilight which in total comprised 24 Special Stages (SS).
"The blood and sweat of many people made RFC India 2014 a success. The event took off-roading in India to an altogether different platform. Now that Indian off-roaders are aware of what to expect at RFC India, our aim for the 2015 edition will be to make the challenges a lot tougher," Cougar Motorsport director Ashish Gupta said.
