Actor Ryan Phillippe got engaged to his girlfriend Paulina Slagter after four years of dating.
According to sources, the "Catch Hell" actor proposed to Slagter during the holidays, reports pagesix.com.
Though Phillippe's representative hasn't confirmed the news yet, the 41-year-old and his fiancee were spotted having lunch together at Seaspice in Miami on Monday.
Phillippe said on a TV show earlier this year that his relationship with Slagter was serious, and that he was "not opposed" to getting married again. The duo started dating a few years ago.
He was previously married to actress Reese Witherspoon from 1999 to 2008. They have a 16-year-old daughter named Ava and a 12-year-old son named Deacon. Witherspoon, 39, married agent Jim Toth in 2011.
